Bridget brings an array of different skills and experience to the BVPT crew. Having done years of training in F45 and Crossfit gyms, Bridget brings yet another layer of training options for our community.
Above and beyond this, Bridget is also undertaking pre-post natal exercise training with BVPT, to provide an extra layer of care for new and expecting mums!

Georgia brings a unique balance of amazing PT and gym instruction with a sense of calm and wellness, all rolled into one!
Georgia’s role in BVPT is growing fast - you’ll find her in the gym during PT’s or taking a yoga session.
When she’s not in the studio, she’ll most likely be outside, exploring a new hiking trail!

Coach Daz brings a wealth of training experience to the team, and would quite easily be the physically strongest person in the studio!
His quiet, unassuming personality can be misleading - He can easily squeeze the best out of you and loves designing the monthly studio programs - often involving 100 rep sessions!
